This provisional notice describes the website. A complete, reviewed privacy policy is required before public launch.
Contact by email
The application form sends your organisation, contact name, email and message, plus any optional city, phone and website/social link, to our team through Brevo email. We use these details to review and respond to your organiser application. There is no automatic marketing sign-up or submission database. Email providers and the receiving mailbox process and retain messages; the final policy must specify recipients, retention and legal bases. Direct email links open your email application.
Hosting and assets
This site has no analytics, advertising trackers or payment services. Fonts and brand assets are served by the website. The contact endpoint temporarily processes IP addresses in server memory for a ten-minute request limit. Hosting may process IP addresses and technical logs. Confirm the hosting and email providers, controller details, retention, legal bases and transfer safeguards before launch.

Add controller contact details, purposes and legal bases, email handling, recipients, retention, data-subject rights and complaint routes. Replace this placeholder with a policy appropriate to the deployed service.
